Step 3 - No Upfront Costs – We Work for You
Once you’ve spoken with one of our specialists and agreed to move forward, we’ll arrange a time for you to sign the necessary documents to authorize us to act on your behalf. Our firm operates on a contingency basis—you pay nothing upfront. We only receive payment when your claim is successfully recovered. All costs associated with filing the claim are covered by us, and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe nothing.
Step 4 - Fast & Secure Processing
Once you have given us the green light, within the next 24 hours we will send a notary to you with required documents for you to sign. He will then expedite them back to our office. Claims typically take 3-4 months to process, depending on complexity. Once the funds are received, your portion—typically 60% - 65% of the recovered amount—will be sent to you.
